Talking about depression isn’t always easy, but it’s such an important conversation. Depression can feel like a heavy weight pressing on your chest, making even the simplest tasks seem impossible.

It’s not just sadness — it’s exhaustion, hopelessness, and sometimes, a complete disconnect from the things and people you care about. The good news is that while depression is tough, it’s also manageable with the right tools and support.

Depression can feel isolating and overwhelming, but you’re not alone, and it’s possible to find relief. Small steps and reaching out for support can make a big difference. Remember, there’s no shame in asking for help — it’s a sign of strength, not weakness.
