For anyone who has lost a loved one since the pandemic started and was unable to mourn properly together, there will be a community memorial service on May 15th as we come together to share and remember our losses. Even if you are not from the area please feel free to submit names of lost ones.

As Marengo gears up for the warm weather with the Farmer's Market and Crafter Saturday getting ready to start, some more good news!

It's official! Spring Fling 2021 is ON and going ahead May 21st-23rd! City Council approved the plans tonight so we are happy to announce that, with all appropriate safety protocols in place, Spring Fling is a go for this year.

Please stay tuned for more detailed information as we firm up the plans. Also, keep on the lookout for another great announcement soon!

Thank you to City Council, and all those who are helping to make this a reality!

Good morning Marengo! Today marks the 1 year anniversary of the network being set up. It was set up in the wake of the pandemic announcement, and was intended to help coordinate people to resources and provide information about the unfolding Covid crisis. A year on, it is still heartening to look back and see how many people stepped up and worked together to get through the initial chaos that happened all around us.

This Network will still remain up as a resource, and although regular updates stopped a couple of months back, if anyone ever has questions or needs assistance please don't hesitate to reach out. Life has been returning to normal in a lot of ways as we adapted to the changes thrown at us, but there is still a long road ahead of us as we rebuild and regroup.
