Athena Seye is a Transformational Healer, channel, and multidimensional guide devoted to restoring wholeness through sacred shadow integration, somatic release, and Divine Feminine wisdom. Sit under the sun or stars and imagine a golden light pouring into your crown.

Anoint your crown with lavender or frankincense oil.

Close your ritual with gratitude for the journey, and write a letter to your higher self.

When do I ignore or override my intuition?

What does my soul want me to see right now?

Ritual:

Sit in stillness with your eyes closed, focusing on the space between your eyebrows.

Place an indigo crystal (like lapis lazuli) there for 5 minutes.

Draw or journal your visions, insights, or intuitive messages.

Day 6: Throat Chakra – Truth & Expression

Journal Prompts:

What truths have I been afraid to speak?

When do I silence myself to keep the peace?

How can I express myself more clearly and honestly?

Ritual:

Chant or hum to vibrate the throat chakra (try “HAM” sound).

Write a list of things you wish you could say without fear—then read them aloud in private.

Drink herbal tea (like peppermint or licorice) to soothe and open your throat center.

Write a love letter to yourself.

Place your hand over your heart and speak: “I open to receive and give love freely.”

Write down one limiting belief about your power, then burn the paper safely as an offering of release.
