Your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) should have arrived in September with details about your plan changes for 2026. If you didn't receive your ANOC or can't find it to review, contact your plan to ask for another copy so you can make informed choices during the upcoming Open Enrollment Period (Oct. 15-Dec.7).
