We would like to thank everyone for coming out to Cans for Claus last night! It was a huge success and we had lots of fun with you all! Almost 350 cans were donated last night…incredible!! We look forward to seeing you back again next year!

Santa will be here tomorrow!!! We are 218 cans away from our goal of 1,000 items…we are so close! We hope to see everyone there tomorrow for a fun night with Santa!!

We would like to give a huge shoutout to Holly and her whole team at Karen’s Kids Campus for helping collect canned goods this year! We also want to thank the kids that attend the daycare and their parents for being so generous and donating to this great cause! Together, they donated a total of 124 items (and counting)! Thank you for all you do for this community! You all are great people with huge hearts ☺️

We would like to give a huge shoutout to the incredible OhioHealth team that we share a building with! This group of individuals donated a total of 232 canned goods today!! Every single person on their team has a huge heart for this community, and what a pleasure it is to work with them everyday! Thank you for all you do!!

Happy birthday Essentra Pharmacy!! Today our pharmacy turns 8 years old! We opened years ago with a purpose and vision to meet people where they are and make a difference in their lives. We want to thank all the wonderful people in this community who have trusted us with your healthcare needs, and we look forward to serving you in the years to come. Also, a big thank you to our Essentra team members over the years who have helped make Essentra so great. Here’s to the next 8 years!! 😊

Santa is coming to visit the pharmacy again this year!! Mark your calendars for December 18th from 6-8pm to bring the family to see Santa and help him collect canned goods for our Marengo Food Pantry! Hope to see you all there!!

Heartwarming story!… We had an anonymous person drop off almost 200 items for our food drive collection today!! This person said they asked everyone that came to their family Thanksgiving dinner to bring items to be able to donate to the food pantry. Here is what this person told us: “Our family is blessed to be able to come together to share a huge thanksgiving meal where we become extremely full and usually have enough leftovers to take home. Unfortunately, there are other families that are not able to do the same. So if we are blessed enough to prepare a big meal for ourselves, we should also provide meals for others who are less fortunate. It’s the right thing to do.”

It’s people like this that make our community so special…and there are many people like this in our community. When people need help, others step up to make sure basic needs are met. As of today, our community has donated 269 items! This gets us to a quarter of our goal of 1,000 items by December 20th. There are 18 days left…it’s a big goal, but with everyone’s help we know we can get there!
