Maddie plays such an important role at Rose Haven, helping support our staff, residents, and families every single day. Her dedication, organization, and caring attitude make a positive difference throughout our entire facility. You can always count on her to go above and beyond to make our residents smile and laugh. Even if it takes dancing like a crazy lady through exercise group in the mornings!

Thank you, Maddie, for everything you do to keep things running smoothly and for always going above and beyond for our team and residents. We appreciate you and your spunky spirit greatly! 💙

This week we celebrate National Long-Term Care Administrators Week, a time dedicated to recognizing the leaders who guide our long-term care communities with compassion, dedication, and strength. This special week honors the administrators who work behind the scenes every day to ensure residents receive quality, resident-centered care and that staff have the support they need to succeed.

At Rose Haven we are incredibly grateful for our wonderful administrator, Tereni.

Being a nursing home administrator is no small responsibility. It takes leadership, heart, and an unwavering commitment to both residents and staff. Tereni carries a lot of responsibility, yet she continues to show compassion, dedication, and genuine care for everyone in our facility.

Her commitment helps make it not just a workplace, but a community where residents feel at home and staff feel supported. Her leadership, kindness, and hard work do not go unnoticed, and we are thankful for everything she does each day to make a difference in the lives of so many.

A little spa day for our wonderful residents! 💆‍♀️✨

We enjoyed some relaxing self-care time with gentle facials, warming eye masks, relaxing music, massages, and even a little makeup for those who wanted it. It was a fun and refreshing activity — and yes, even some of the gentlemen joined in and enjoyed it too!

Smiles, relaxation, and a little glow made for a great day!

🍎 We Appreciate You to the Core! 🍏

On Friday we celebrated National Staff Appreciation Day, and our team is truly the apple of our eye! To show a little love, we set up a Loaded Apple Bar with lots of sweet toppings so everyone could build their perfect treat.

While we didn’t manage to snap photos of every single staff member, please know this: each and every one of you is the core of what makes our workplace so special. Your hard work, dedication, and care do not go unnoticed.
