NJ Yoga Zone is a Yoga and Pilates playground that’s open classes seven days and for all levels. When you practice with us you will lift your seat, flatten your abs, slim your thighs, and tone your upper body. At NJ Yoga zone we offer yoga, pilates and barre classes, ensuring you will find the perfect class and difficulty level that suits your needs. Non-impact but weight bearing exercise makes Reformer Pilates perfect for everyone whether you’re 17 or 70 years old. We are so excited to welcome Gina Geraci to our studio community! Gina brings with her a wealth of Pilates knowledge and a supportive teaching style. A former hygienist, Gina focuses on meeting each client's needs as she offers a challenging, yet safe, class. For now, Gina is teaching on Thursday mornings and will add more to her schedule as spring approaches!
