Be on your mat today and every Friday thru the summer for Gentle Yoga at Reed’s Farm with me. Love love love this practice and love sharing yoga time on the farm. Meet me under the overhang. The breeze is always flowing in the afternoon. And the fans are on. Bring your yoga mat and your beautiful self. Give yourself a little extra time to shop and enjoy the animal sanctuary. Market is open until 6, Barista leaves at 3 so get there early if you want coffee or tea. Market is open for delicious prepared food and baked goods until 6pm.
