Front Lobby Hours
8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Sunday
Effective Thursday, June 5th, 2025 all visitors will need to use the Back South Door for entrance between the hours of 4:30pm and 8:00am. There is a doorbell on the South Back Door. Please ring the doorbell and staff will answer as quickly as possible. You can also contact the facility by calling 850-526-2000.

This is for security reasons. Staff are not allowed to give any visitor, or resident, the code to any of our exit doors.

Please be mindful to check with facility staff PRIOR to holding the door for others to exit for the safety of our residents.
