Back/Posterior Chain Day! Mostly dropsets because they felt good, followed by active cool down and a quick yoga flow 🧎🏻‍♀️‍➡️ Yesterday was my first day back in the gym in 3 or 4 weeks because I felt an autoimmune flare coming- so I listened to my body and spent time resting.
