We had an amazing time skating and completing the escape room together! 🛼🔐
It was such a fun and meaningful way to connect outside of work, challenge ourselves, laugh a lot, and strengthen our teamwork.

Experiences like these remind us how important collaboration, communication, and support are—both on and off the clock. We’re so grateful for our incredible team and the positive energy everyone brings every day.

Great memories. Great teamwork. Even greater team. 💙👏

📢 Important Update for RBTs & ABA Professionals

You may still hear the term “RBT Task List,” but here’s the update you need to know 👇

The BACB no longer uses the RBT Task List (2nd Edition).
All current RBT exams, trainings, and competency assessments are now based on the RBT Test Content Outline (TCO).

💡 Why this matters:
While the skills themselves are largely the same, the organization, terminology, and structure have changed to better reflect how the exam content is presented. Using the correct language helps ensure trainings, study materials, and professional development stay BACB-aligned and up to date.

✔️ No “3rd Edition Task List” exists
✔️ The TCO is the current and official framework
✔️ Ethics and professionalism are more clearly emphasized

👉 When reviewing or creating RBT materials, always look for alignment with the RBT Test Content Outline (TCO)—formerly known as the RBT Task List.

💙 Autism is Not a Barrier — It’s a Different Path. 🌈

Progress doesn’t always look the same, and that’s okay. Every small step, every effort, and every victory—no matter how big or small—matters. Children with autism are learning, growing, and thriving in ways that are uniquely their own.

Let’s celebrate patience, honor individuality, and uplift every journey. When we lead with compassion and understanding, we create a world where everyone belongs.

Different doesn’t mean less.
Different means powerful, capable, and worthy. ✨

🌟 Embrace the Different. Celebrate the Brilliant. 💙

Every child on the autism spectrum shines in their own unique way. Some speak through words, others through actions, art, or simply their presence. Autism isn’t about limitations — it’s about understanding, connection, and celebrating the beauty of being different.

Let’s choose patience over pressure, kindness over judgment, and understanding over assumptions.
When we see the world through their eyes, we realize — it’s not about changing them… it’s about changing how we see them. 💫

Together, we can build a world where acceptance is automatic and differences are celebrated. 💙

🌟 To the Strong Parent Facing Challenging Behaviors 🌟

We see you. 💛

The meltdowns, the tough mornings, the silent prayers, the endless research, the moments where you question if you're doing enough — they’re all part of your incredible journey.

Just remember:

➡️ Challenging behavior is not bad behavior. It's communication — sometimes loud, messy, and hard to understand, but it's your child's way of saying, "Help me, guide me, understand me."

➡️ You are not alone. There is a whole village of parents, therapists, and professionals walking this path beside you. We’re here, cheering for your small wins and helping you through the setbacks.

➡️ You are doing an amazing job. Progress takes time. Celebrate every step — no matter how small — because each one is a victory.

Your child is not defined by their struggles. And neither are you. 💪

Keep showing up.
Keep advocating.
Keep loving fiercely.

💙 You’ve got this.

📢 Big News for RBTs!

New BACB Requirements Coming in 2026

🚨 Starting January 1, 2026, the BACB is rolling out changes to the RBT certification process. Here’s what you need to know:

🔑 Key Changes

✔️ 40-Hour Training – Must follow the new 2026 RBT Training Curriculum & include updated wording on certificates.
✔️ Trainers/Assessors – Must be active BCBAs/BCaBAs with 8-hour supervision training. Assistant assessors must hold RBT or higher.
✔️ Recertification Cycle – Moving from 1 year ➝ 2 years.
✔️ Competency Assessment – No more annual assessment! Instead, RBTs need 12 hours of professional development every 2 years.
✔️ Professional Development Options – In-service training, ACE provider CEUs, or university coursework in ABA.
