On behalf of Dr. Ronald Broussard Sr and The Eternal Light Funeral Home, we pause today to honor mothers on this side of life and in the realm of Heaven.

Today, we celebrate the beauty, strength, and sacrifice of mothers whose love continues to shape generations. Whether present with us in the earth or resting in eternal glory, a mother’s love never fades as it lives on in every memory, every lesson, and every life she touched.

We honor the mothers we can embrace today, and we reverence those who now dwell in the presence of the Lord.

On this day, we are especially praying for those without their mothers, and for mothers without their children that God would wrap you in His comfort, strengthen your hearts, and remind you that love never dies.

Today marks the end of what we call a week—but if you’re still here, it’s by God’s grace.

How many people has God kept when you didn’t even see the danger?

How many know that God will make a way out of no way?

And how many believe we serve a God who still works wonders?

Mr. Brown carried himself with dignity and calm assurance. His presence brought comfort, his words brought guidance, and his life reflected a steady spirit that touched many. He will be remembered for his strength, his character, and the way he made others feel seen and valued.
