Empower Mothers, Babies & Families

Jackson County Healthy Start takes a lot of pride in having highly trained professionals that work for them, but they take even more pride in having care coordinators that have a passion for their work and for the families that they serve. Since establishing a new location in July, 2015, JCHS has been striving to build lasting relationships with community agencies, local churches and families in the community. Through our one of a kind childbirth education & Lamaze classes, family events, child passenger safety and safe sleep education classes these relationships have become even stronger. Now, JCHS is offering child development screening and education, postpartum depression screening and support, Grief counseling and Interconception care. It’s no secret that JCHS finds it a honor to serve our families in Jackson County with the best that we have to offer. Services are always free of charge and catered to fit each individual family. Thank you for allowing us to serve Jackson County!!!
