Shout out to my two students that have been with me for morning yoga classes the past year!!!
I am blessed to practice with these ladies. As some mornings it’s hard to roll out of bed at 5am. But knowing we are doing this together makes it easier.
I am posting a little teaser of what we worked on in class today. Hoping they may inspire you to see what’s possible in your body when you show up with consistency.
We are working on mobility (strength and flexibility) for handstands when our body tells us it’s ready. We learn to listen to our body, not to force anything but rather seeing where or how we can create space for the pose or movement to feel supported.
