After the tragic 2023 death of a precious angel Kaliiana Hogan, who we knew and love, Life Line CPR & Safety Training began its mission to help provide life saving training and skills to kids, adults, caregivers, anyone in our city who wanted access to quality training that could help save a life.
Seeing the recent news stories announcing drowning deaths of Arizona children, it triggers the pain and grief from the loss my friends and local Maricopa residents suffered. We want to take this opportunity to remind parents of the important steps you can take with local resources to help keep your child, yourself and loved ones safe near water this Summer.
💧 Water Safety! Masai's Playhouse Gives Back provides FREE water safety tool kits in english and spanish filled with information and tips to teach and practice water safety at home
🫀Learn CPR! Knowing how to provide CPR in an emergency can help provide priceless time until paramedics arrive. Right now we are offering discounted rates for 2 days only, during our CPR Certification & Training with Life Line CPR & Safety Training as part of MPH Gives Backs Summer Safety Initiative
🌊 We also offer Water Safety and Drowning Prevention courses for children through the American Red Cross. Local daycares, preschools and large groups can take advantage of these courses and help spread education and awareness to our children.
As the 4th of July weekends approaches we want to urge you all to remember to be safe, be alert and be educated on how to be safe whilee you have fun with friends and family in and around water.
