Hands Of Silk Massage 480-522-6505 has increased the temp of our Cold Plunge Tank!

New research indicates that women do NOT need it as cold. 50-55 degrees!

To help both women AND men we moved the temperatute from 39-43 degrees to 48-52 degrees!

Women can handle the heat more efficiently than men and men can handle the cold more efficiently than women.

Our established cold plunge male clients have prefered this new change and said KEEP IT!!!

Thinking about adding a cold Plunge to your bathtub. Read 👇⬇️

Not a smart idea!!! That will cause condensation behind the tub and will eventually create mold. It will be a very expensive remodel, not to mention a health risk.

This man is an inspiration.

87 years old and STILL riding 8 miles a day 🚵‍♂️.

Rod is a newish client.

He got knee replacement surgery last year. Rod's DR. said that since his bone health was that of a 50 year old they could do his knee replacement for people of that age.

I asked him his secret.... Never quit- keep, moving while knowing your limitations (he was laughing when he said this part). He said to listen to your body.

In Rod's younger days he was a runner and would cycle for longer miles.

Age is a number yet what we do to our bodies in our younger years DO have an impact as we age.

Aging forward ⏩️⏩️⏩️⏩️
