Chiropractic care is the science of locating problems in the spine, the art of reducing their impact of the nervous system and philosophy of natural health care. My goal is to improve the overall health and wellness of my patients by correcting the body’s alignment to relieve pain and improve function to help the body heal itself. Given the amount of time many of us spend in front of a screen on a daily basis my focus is on creating true structural change as structure equals function. What this means is through assessing each client, I determine the root cause of discomfort and not only work to eliminate the pain through spinal manipulation but by developing a regiment of simple actions and exercise that not only provide natural pain management but to strengthen the body’s core. Chiropractic adjustments and techniques have been effective at treating a wide range of aliments including other musculoskeletal pain, headaches, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, and fibromyalgia.
