I am a yoga therapist who offers EFT (Tapping) and EMDR therapy to help people with emotional and physical pain. I show people how to manage chronic stress and anxiety and we desensitize traumas with a cutting edge, energy medicine tools.

No emotion is good or bad because emotions are just messengers. Telling us that we are on track or off the track. What’s the track? Love! What’s off the track? Fear. It really is that simple.

There are only two emotions. Love and fear. If It’s not love, than it’s fear, and if there is any negative emotion present, then there is an absence of love.
