This morning we gathered at the Gateway for our monthly Appalachian Apothecary Create, Make and Take Class. This month’s focus was The Natural Medicine chest.

Many of you have asked us “What do we get for the $75 class fee?” Let’s make a list based on today’s class:

* Each participant gets the benefit of expert research and instruction. Every class you will take several pages of information and instructions to be able to recreate these projects on your own.

* Two Goldenseal and Echinacea Tinctures
* Two Comfrey, Calendula and Goldenseal salves
*Three therapeutic essential oil roller balls

Not to mention 3 hours of comradery and fun with a like-minded community learning and working together for the good of all!
