Join Integral’s very own tennis specialist Jett Denton, PT, MSPT on 4/23 for an informal workshop discussing performance enhancement and injury prevention for tennis athletes. We are so excited to celebrate the birth of our own Dr. Erika's first baby this week. She is beautiful and Erika is doing very well.

Here are Erika's words. "She’s finally here! Eliza Shino Martin arrived right on her due date, April 10, at 5:21 AM. She is just as feisty as she was in the womb, and we are just in awe of her existence and the amount of love we already feel for this tiny human we made. We’re exhausted in the best possible way and are so excited to be her mom and dad 💗

Her middle name Shino (pronounced she-no) is Japanese for “woman who is like bamboo”. Bamboo in Asian cultures represents growing through diversity, bending without breaking, and resilience. This name immediately stuck with me when I saw it, and I knew that I wanted my daughter to be exactly what this name represents. She will be a force to be reckoned with, and I’m honored to be able to watch her grow into the human she will become🎍We love you more than words can convey, Eliza."
