We all know breathing is vital, but do you know just how vital? 🤯
Assessing breathing patterns is another way to help paint the picture of how well your body is moving and functioning.
Through adjustments, soft tissue work, and exercise, you may begin to notice improvement in more than just your breathing.
Using your diaphragm properly:
👉🏽Allows you to take a full, deep breath. Deep breathing stimulates the rest and digest state of your body. This will calm your nervous system, which may help improve stress and anxiety levels.
👉🏽Improves your posture
👉🏽Will increase core stability, which can help decrease low back pain
👉🏽Will relax tight, overworked muscles in your shoulders and chest, which may decrease neck pain or shoulder pain
