                                            Hi Bridge fam! As you all know, GA is currently experiencing a drastic temperature drop and we wanted to share some tips to maintain health when it’s cold outside:
✅Get Adjusted by your favorite chiropractors here at  ! Getting your spine checked and aligned allows your nervous system to function like it’s designed to do so, it enhances your ability to adapt to any environment and for your body to function properly so you can experience health at an optimal potential. 
✅Eat meals that are colorful, full of vegetables and nutrition. Food is fuel for the body and eating properly will allow our bodies and health to thrive! 
✅Take daily supplements, especially Vitamin D3. We naturally absorb Vitamin D by sunshine ☀️ but it’s a little difficult to do so when the temperature drops. Vitamin D is essential for bone health, the prevention of increase of inflammatory diseases & it’s vital for supporting our immune systems. 
✅Use essential oils regularly. For example, when using essential oils aromatically, peppermint is always one of our favorites because it helps to reduce coughs, helps decrease stress, increases energy and can absolutely help with body aches.
✅ Drinking herbal teas not only boosts immune function, but they help fight inflammation. 
✅ Move daily! Movement is life! It doesn’t matter if moving is going to the gym, running, Zumba, yoga or walking, exercising is essential to strengthen the connection we have with our bodies. Exercising is incredible for reducing stress, help emotions move through our body, increases energy, help us maintain sharp memory and thinking, healthy body and bones and overall maintain HEALTH!
