Your Mat Doesn't Give a Damn About Your To-Do List

Let's be real for a hot second. You walked in here today carrying approximately 47 mental tabs open, three guilt trips about things you "should" be doing instead, and that weird anxiety about whether you remembered to lock your car.

Your mat? It literally does not care.

This is an anti-shame space, which means we're tossing out all the bu****it stories about not being flexible enough, strong enough, or zen enough to be here. We meet you exactly where you're at—whether that's day one or day one thousand, whether you're feeling like a warrior or more like a tired human who needs to lie down for an hour.

Your mat doesn't care that you haven't practiced in two weeks, that your hamstrings are tighter than your jeans after the holidays, or that you're here because you're avoiding that email you need to send. It's just happy you showed up, messy human brain and all.
