At Propel Autism, we don’t just say our RBTs can grow — we build the pathways to make it happen.
Take Jershauna’s journey: she began with us as a dedicated RBT, then stepped into a clinic leadership role as Center Manager in Powder Springs, and now has been promoted into our Scheduling Coordinator role. Each step was supported by intentional mentorship, recognizing strengths and investing in career development.
We believe in recognizing talent and opening real doors for advancement. 💙
A big congratulations to Jershauna Huiel on her promotion into Propel's Scheduling Coordinator position. Of her new role, Jershauna says:
"I first joined Propel as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I quickly continued to discovered a deep passion for working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I instantly connected with the purpose of the work we do and knew I wanted to continue growing within the company. After some time, I was given the opportunity to step into the role of Center Manager at our Powder Springs Clinic. In that position, I was able to combine my five years of experience in management with the hands on knowledge I gained as an RBT. I focused on creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where both clients and staff could thrive.
Now, I’m honored to be stepping into the role of Scheduling Coordinator a new opportunity presented to me by members of leadership who have continuously supported my growth here at Propel. In this position, my main goal is to ensure that scheduling remains smooth and efficient for all families current and future, as well as for our incredible staff. I'm committed to making sure everyone’s experience with scheduling is organized, clear, and stress-free.
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given since joining Propel. Each role has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, and I look forward to continuing to develop as the company grows. Outside of work, I love getting creative with DIY projects, visiting art museums, and spending quality time with my family."
