A huge congrats to Abby Doubell, LPC for recently becoming Licensed Professional Counselors in Georgia 🎉

Achieving licensure is no small feat; it requires dedication, hard work, persistence, and a commitment to excellence in the field of counseling. Recent counselor education research shows that over 45% of counseling program graduates never go on to achieve full licensure.

We are incredibly proud of her accomplishment and are excited to see the positive impact she will continue to make within our practice and our community.

Join us in congratulating her in the comments below!

Wellness Tip: Emotional Regulation & Self-Compassion

Taking care of your emotional health starts with small, intentional habits. Here are 5 ways to support your inner world today:

✨ Name your feelings – Putting words to your emotions can help them feel more manageable.
🧠 Talk to yourself like a friend – Speak kindly to yourself, especially when you’re struggling.
🌿 Use grounding techniques – Try the 5-4-3-2-1 method to come back to the present moment.
🛌 Let yourself rest without guilt – Rest is not something to earn. It’s essential.
✅ Keep a “done” list – Celebrate what you’ve already accomplished, no matter how small.

Your emotional wellness matters—treat yourself with the same care you’d offer someone you love.
