It’s time to get upside down, dawg!

Practicing yoga puts your body in so many positions you wouldn’t normally put yourself in.

Flowing through a Sun A, challenging yourself to hold triangle pose, strengthening your arms through a chaturanga, moving your body smoothly from extended side angle to reverse warrior, focusing your mind to balance in tree (falling out and then getting back up).

How beautiful is that?! Don’t you want to explore what your amazing body is capable of?!

There is no right or wrong, good or bad, pretty or ugly, fail or win. There is simply being in the moment with your body, breath and mind.

So come make shapes with us, and surprise yourself at what your body is capable of. 💪

That is the Mraz Family Goal

My husband and I did our yearly planing for 2026, and chose this goal for our family as we know the power of getting outside.

Nature heals. The outdoors builds connection - with yourself, the world around you and others. It creates pure peace and joy.

It’s the whole reason I created PeakZen. To spread the importance of getting outside!

Get out in nature on your own. Bring your family outdoors with you. Notice what it does!

I challenge you to create your own outdoor goal for 2026! Share it with us so we can keep each other accountable.
