PeakZen BINGO is BACK!

It is our third year of PeakZen Bingo, and it is definitely a fan favorite!

It will run from August 11 - September 21.

Next time you are at the studio, write your name on a Bingo board, and hang it on the wall.

Start looking at the board and strategizing how you are going to get the most BINGOS!

RULES:

When you complete a box, put an X and write the date.

Every BINGO you get (horizontal, vertical or diagonal line), earns you one raffle ticket.

Each time you get a BINGO, fill out a raffle ticket at the front desk, and enter it into the prize of your choice!

Complete the ENTIRE BOARD, and earn 10 additional raffle tickets!

Back to YOGA!! 🧘‍♀️

The class schedule is live, the classroom is cleaned, the teachers are eagerly waiting… no, we aren’t talking about back to school. We are talking about back to YOGA!!

As your kiddos gather their school supplies and put on their cutest first day outfits, it’s time for you to grab your yoga mat, dress in your comfy athletic wear and get your butt to yoga!

We know you put a lot of work into scheduling your kid’s activities, but what about you?! I promise time spent filling your cup will allow you to pour into your family so much more.

Go write “Yoga” in your agenda with little hearts and stars around it. Our teachers are waiting for you! 🥰

Yoga is a solitary practice, right?

Yoga is a very personal, individualized practice, but at the same time, practicing yoga with people around you elevates your experience.

Taking part in this personal practice with other humans is where the magic really happens. ✨

Showing up and being vulnerable is how we create connections.

We breathe together. We get vulnerable together. We connect with each other, whether spoken or unspoken. Every person fills the space with energy sharing their love and light with the others in the room.

There truly is nothing like the practice of yoga.

POSTURE BREAKDOWN: Warrior Poses

Come take a deep dive into Warrior 1, 2 and 3 with Jennie on Thursday, June 26th 11:45am - 12:30pm.

This is a hands-on, interactive workshop to really break down these common postures and answer all your questions.

It’s so important to take poses we flow through regularly and be intentional. We will help you find proper alignment, walk you through muscle engagement, and show you variations and modifications.

What is our Mobility Class all about & who is it for?

It’s for everyone! Athletes, Weekend Warriors, Parents, Teenagers, folks who are noticing more difficulty moving aroundd - this is for YOU!

In our mobility class, we work your joints through their full range of motion because if you don’t use it, you lose it!

We also strengthen your joints at their end range of motion to help avoid injury!

Have you ever rolled your ankle stepping of a curb or hurt your shoulder carrying your suitcase? These aches and pains are avoidable, and this is exactly what Mobility is for!
