The feet don’t just move you.
They inform your brain about safety, balance, and stability.

When foot mobility is limited, the body increases tension to compensate.

Sometimes what feels like tight hips or a sore back starts much lower.

5 things to start doing if your feet feel stiff or unresponsive:

1️⃣ Spend more time barefoot
Safe surfaces help wake up the small stabilizing muscles.

2️⃣ Move your toes on purpose
Try lifting, spreading, and isolating them daily… even seated.

3️⃣ Strengthen the arch
Exercises like short-foot activation help rebuild stability.

4️⃣ Improve ankle mobility
Limited ankle motion forces the foot to compensate.

5️⃣ Choose footwear wisely
Constantly rigid or narrow shoes can weaken natural function.
