Big emotions can feel even bigger for kids, and overwhelming for parents, too.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our DBT-C program. A specialized Dialectical Behavior Therapy program designed for children ages 7–12 and their families.

DBT-C helps children learn how to manage big emotions, reduce outbursts, and build problem-solving and communication skills. Parents are also active participants, learning the same tools to support their child and create a calmer, more connected home environment.

As we come out of August and the long weekend, we have rolled right back into our daily rhythm. But we have to stop and recognize that September is Su***de Prevention Month. A time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and spread hope.
