Pat, this is John C. I took your Insurance pre-licensing class the week of April 14, 2025. I took my exam this past Monday, April 28, 2025 and I passed. I just want to thank you. Your class was very well taught it prepared me so well I didn’t see anything on the test that surprise me. I completed the test in 42 minutes. Again I want to thank you for preparing me.

Second thank you so very much for your course I had taken the exam twice before and failed both times after attending your course last week I was able to pass today. I owe you a debt of gratitude for giving me the information I was lacking. Without you I would not of been able to pass. I just finished the exam and I am happy to announce that I passed! I took it online and although the check in process is slightly inconvenient with having to take pictures of your testing space and walk around your testing space via we**am with the proctor on, the online test itself was a breeze! Very convenient for someone who may not be able to go to a physical testing center.

Your class as well as the forced studying via homework questions prepared me to pass. I highly recommend students take the time to answer the homework questions and actually find the answers because it forces them to read and understand. Plus it is awesome that you are kind enough to advise where the answers are! I also took the exam simulator and some of the questions I saw on the simulator are what I saw on the exam. There was zero math. There were quite a few questions regarding policy issuance and delivery and how that is handled by the agent, quite a few regarding the different types of policies (universal life, variable life, whole life, term, limited pay, etc...), just a couple retirement questions, a few medicare questions, one medicaid question, couple tax questions (what is tax deductible to whom), two buy sell policy questions, etc... All in all, your class prepared me well and I cannot thank you enough!

Good morning Pat,

I passed my test!! I went yesterday morning and everything you said was true. It was definitely a reading comprehension test. The questions can be tricky with the way they word it. Paying attention to synonyms will be a big help. The majority of my test was on Disability/ Disability income, Variable life, and Annuities. I had one question on Coinsurance where I had to calculate how much the member would have to pay. The other questions were based on all of the information you taught. You prepared us well :) The test had 135 questions. I would suggest students get the simulator and start practicing in it as soon as possible. I started the day after we wrapped up classes but some of the questions helped me understand what you were saying better. So it might be helpful to do it as they are learning it. If I can think of anything else I will let you know. Thank you so much again. You're awesome and I have been telling all of my coworkers to come to you when they are ready for the next step :)
