Even though, National Nurse Week has ended. We wanted to show our appreciation to Black Male nurses who are underrepresented to the contributions to the nursing profession. More Black men are choosing the nursing pathway to intersect for more visibility for Men's Health in all sectors of medicine. Here at PSCOA, inclusiveness is a must for men to be heard, seen, and understood from their perspective of how healthcare should be delivered for optimal health before and after surgery. Black Male nurses contribute to our movement of Identification, Termination, and Implementation for Heal Happily to be executed efficiently. Work is Human Rights. Health is Work Performance.
