This is a perfect example of why we don’t chase the lower face first ✨
After weight loss, it’s very common to notice a downward pull—under the eyes looking more hollow, cheeks feeling deflated, and the face losing that lifted, rested look. That’s exactly what she was feeling as she prepared for her big day.
For phase one, we focused on the under eyes and midface/cheeks. From an injector standpoint, this is intentional. The midface acts like the foundation of the face. When it loses support, everything below it follows. By restoring structure and lift here first, we’re not just adding volume… we’re gently perking the face back up and creating support that can improve how the lower face looks without even touching it yet.
This approach helps results look more natural, more balanced, and less “overdone.” It’s about rejuvenation—not changing her face.
Phase two will address the lower face, but only after the foundation is strong.
If you’re in your 20s or 30s, noticing early sagging after weight loss, stress, or life changes—this is exactly when strategic facial balancing makes the biggest difference.
