These 4-ingredient muffins are sneaky-smart nutrition. Here’s why 👇

• Bananas = natural carbs for energy + potassium for muscles
• Whole Foods organic peanut butter = protein + healthy fats to keep blood sugar steady and help you feel full
• Eggs = complete protein for muscle repair
• Blueberries = antioxidants that fight inflammation and support brain health

Recipe:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup Whole Foods organic peanut butter (lower sugar)
2 eggs
1 cup organic blueberries

Stir, pour into muffin tin, and bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

Eating Healthy Doesn’t Mean Avoiding Restaurants 🥗

Today we grabbed lunch at Jason’s Deli — and YES, you can eat clean here.

They’ve got several new bowls & salads that make it EASY to stay high-protein and nutrient-dense even when you’re on the go.

My bowl today had:
✅ Grilled chicken
✅ Hard boiled eggs
✅ Quinoa
✅ Tomatoes & greens
✅ Pickled onions
✅ A little bacon for flavor

Tip from your trainer: ask for the dressing on the side and just dip your fork. You’ll usually use 1/3 of the calories without even realizing it.

You don’t need perfection every meal. You just need consistent better choices.

If you’re trying to live stronger, leaner, and longer — healthy eating can (and should) fit your lifestyle. You can do this anywhere.

Make healthy, delicious choices every day! ✅
