Eating Healthy Doesn’t Mean Avoiding Restaurants 🥗
Today we grabbed lunch at Jason’s Deli — and YES, you can eat clean here.
They’ve got several new bowls & salads that make it EASY to stay high-protein and nutrient-dense even when you’re on the go.
My bowl today had:
✅ Grilled chicken
✅ Hard boiled eggs
✅ Quinoa
✅ Tomatoes & greens
✅ Pickled onions
✅ A little bacon for flavor
Tip from your trainer: ask for the dressing on the side and just dip your fork. You’ll usually use 1/3 of the calories without even realizing it.
You don’t need perfection every meal. You just need consistent better choices.
