In honor of the summer Olympics have your little yogi meet me on the mat for some Olympic yoga fun.

Spaces are limited, so be sure to preregister. Classes are from 10-11. You can either spend some time at the Farmer’s Market or catch a class yourself with Reanna.

Breathing buddies help your little yogi learn to focus on their breath. It also helps in calming down the nervous system. Have your child place a small stuffed animal on their belly, then take a deep breath making their buddy rise and then lower as their exhale.

Our Saturday Be Silly class is full, however there are spaces for Sundays Be Silly 2 class. Class is from 4-5.

Now your little yogis have two chances to meet us on the mat each weekend. We offer Be Silly on Saturdays from 11-12 for kids ages 4-8. Sundays we offer Be Silly 2 from 4-5 for kids ages 8-12.
