Our first zoom call kids yoga worked! I will try to do more classes this way. I might also post some videos on Facebook so you can do some yoga when you need it. I did post a short Sun salutation video this am. Check it out in "videos".
If you have any questions how to do Zoom, ask and we'll try to figure it out together!
