November is a tough month to stay disciplined. Between the holiday prep, the colder weather, and the shorter days, it’s easy to let your routine slide. But for those of you who hit the gym 17 times or more this month, you didn’t just “fit in” a workout—you made your health a non-negotiable priority.

That’s more than 4 days every single week. It’s the threshold where “trying” becomes “training.” It’s where the real transformations happen—not just in your sn**ch or your split time, but in your mindset.
