Packing a school lunch that’s both nutritious and kid-approved can feel like a puzzle but it doesn’t have to!
A healthy lunch includes:
✅ Protein – turkey, hummus, eggs, or Greek yogurt
✅ Whole Grains – whole-wheat bread, wraps, or crackers
✅ Fruits & Veggies – fun shapes or colorful sticks
✅ Healthy Fats – avocado, nuts, or sunflower seed butter
✅ Dairy or Alternatives – yogurt, string cheese, or fortified milk
Tip: Let your child help pack lunch they’re more likely to eat what they choose!
