I feel like we are so hard on ourselves. That we are not enough. We are not eating clean enough. We are not getting in 6 perfect workouts a week in a perfect lululemon outfit. We are not climbing the corporate ladder fast enough. Our children are already 6 and can’t code or speak mandarin. But guess what? YOU ARE ENOUGH! Meet yourself where you are and find happiness. Is it ok to want more? Absolutely! But not out of guilt or to keep up with someone’s image on Facebook. Make the changes for you. But I can assure you- these changes will be so much easier after you find happiness today.
