Hello massage friends and family, Achieve Balance Massage Therapy has made it through the pandemic so far! Although it has not been easy we are still here. We have not seen or heard from many of the regulars that used to frequent our practice since the beginning of the pandemic and I personally have become very concerned. If you are out there stressed out or in pain and in need of a massage don't hesitate to contact us. The office is as clean as it can be and ready for healing to be done! We miss you ✋🤚

Here's the final post from last week's adventures. The Hippo Blues disc golf tournament. This tournament was held on an amazing private course near Athens, Ohio. If you would like to check it out search Hippo ridge disc golf course on Facebook. I ended up in 4th place out of 16 participants in the advanced division after throwing poorly in the first round. It was a good time for sure! Thanks Hippo Ridge Disc Golf Course for holding the first ever tournament on your property. I look forward to many more!!!

The past week has been filled with learning and adventure! I return to Marietta with new goals for my massage practice and the motivation to accomplish them. I received over 20 hours of continuing education which included, sports massage, orthopedic assessment, oncology massage, and business strategies. I reconnected with a classmate from massage school and met many amazing people and therapist. It will be a week I'll never forget! Here's a few more pics for your entertainment.

As my adventure continues, I have learned so much and met so many awesome massage therapist! Today I went to a class about research that's being done on how massage therapy helps cancer patients. It has given me a new goal going forward. My next certification will be in oncology massage. I plan to do my part in battling cancer in the MOV!!!
