That means for self-pay rate up to 30 minutes is only $75 to include the adjustment and anything else needed in that time frame. You also have the option for an "Add-on 30 minutes" for $75, which has become a very popular choice for so many people.

Again, this 30 minutes can be used for anything we can fit in to that time frame: myofascial release/massage on the chiropractic table, microcurrent, laser, kinesiotaping, corrective exercise, just talking/asking questions and anything else your heart desires.

New Pricing for the New Year!

We also have X-ray available. The self-pay rate is $150 for one region and that includes the radiology read by a chiropractic radiologist. 2 regions self-pay rate is $200, including radiology read.

Black Friday

We will still be open on Black Friday this year. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer packages at this time. If you would like to purchase a Gift Card for yourself or someone you love, we can give you a 10% discount. So if you want to buy 10 sessions (30 minute increments) at $750, 10% off has you paying $675. We will send out the electronic gift card link in 2 weeks, in time for Thanksgiving. Our office hours for Black Friday will be 10am -4pm.

There are some changes to the schedule as well.

Mondays 10 - 7
Tuesdays for Chiro-Massage or Massage only

Wednesdays 12 - 7
Thursdays 10 - 7
Fridays 9 - 11

Due to the office lay out and scheduling, we are only able to provide massages on Tuesdays. You will still be able to receive all the soft tissue work along with your chiropractic adjustment.

You can still schedule for the "Add-On 30 minutes" service and everything will still be accomplished on the chiropractic table.
Core Restore will also be paused for the next few months.

During recovery, Dr C is learning a lot about proprioception and how it is effected during an injury. Working hard with PT to gain this ability back stronger than ever.

Struggling with proprioception is actually something many of her patients struggle with because of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and well as ADHD. Working on this is not just physical, it’s neurological! Reteaching the pathways between all the pieces of your nervous system is hard work.

Can’t wait to see her back working soon.

It’s been a while since surgery and Dr. C is up and moving around well and recovering as expected. She is excited to be back working in a few weeks.

We just had to share a few moments with the puppies during recovery. Nothing making recovery easier than loved ones and LOVED ANIMALS

Our latest news

Fusion Chiropractic
will be CLOSED
for the summer

Yes, this is actually Dr. Cynthia's spine.

It's not supposed to have those bumps pushing in to that river of white.
The spinal cord is being crushed
from the front to the back.

What does this mean?

It means Dr. Cynthia truly practices what she preaches. She's gone over a year with conservative treatment and now having back surgery in early June.

The office will be closed June 6 until September 15th, 2025.
We have a list of providers to help you through this summer who will take very good care of each and every one of you.

We're moving!!!
When we re-open September 15th, we will be in a new location. We will be at the new massage school at 925 Woodstock Road in Roswell, less than 4 miles from the current office.

Pre-Paid Packages will be extended by 3 months.
ALL Pre-Paid Packages have a use-by-date of 1 year!
This is Georgia Law, not FC rule.
If your package is close to that 1 year mark, we will honor an additional 3 months to your package at our new location. If your package has already expired by June 1st 2025, you will not receive the 3 month extension.

We have some changes coming up in the new year. Some good, some more frustrating. We will do our best to keep you more than satisfied with your care here.

If you are using insurance for your services, mainly AmBetter, Aetna or Cigna:

These companies do not reimburse or cover any of the following services:
Extremity/Extra-spinal Adjustments
Massage/Myofascial Release
Microcurrent
Kinesiotaping
Therapeutic Exercise
These are the specialties that make Fusion Chiropractic so outstanding with patient care. Rather than charge per individual item, we have bundled these services together for a small fee of $45 per visit IN ADDITION TO YOUR CO-PAY/CO-INSURANCE (not to exceed $85 per visit)

Please ask about our package plans for more savings.

SHOW US YOUR APP!
If you believe you have met your deductible, or you have met your out of pocket maximum for the year, you must show us this information on your insurance app. Without this visual confirmation, you are expected to pay your co-payment or co-insurance at time of service, plus the $45 treatment fee (if it applies).

CARD ON FILE
Every New Year we have to collect and update information, as you do with any doctor's office. We have been asking for your credit card information for several years now, but a few people still refuse this.
This year, we need an updated credit card to be placed on file.
This information is kept securely once it is scanned in to your digital file and any paperwork is SHREDDED.
Sometimes we need this information to be able to take payments when our internet or electricity goes out.
Sometimes we need this information because you've left your other forms of payment at home, or someone in your family needs to use this.
Sometimes we need this information to enforce our cancellation/no-show policy. Without 24 hours notice of cancellation by text or call, we must charge the time of service rate for the service you were scheduled. We schedule a lot of quality time for your service and it is difficult to find a replacement for the time scheduled.
We RARELY have to do this, but when it happens, almost everyone has been more than graceful and respectful.
Refusal will result in pre-payment of any services at time of booking.

We finally did it! We have created a new massage school so Dr. Cynthia can teach new therapists (and chiropractors) all the little extras that make Fusion Chiropractic so amazing for our patients.
