Life can be pretty busy but making time to take of ourselves should always be a priority. I've included three really easy self care ideas to try include in your daily routine. All aim to calm your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight state) and bring you back in to your parasympathetic state. This will also help improve your recovery if you are rehabilitating an injury.
Acupuncture techniques (as shown) are also a nice way to calm overactivity in your sympathetic system as well as improve pain pathways and movements patterns.
