Quality vs Quantity. One of the things I have realized over the years is that the rewards of choosing quality life experiences outweigh the rewards of choosing lower quality experiences. Think about it. Look at all the options we have for viewing shows and movies, innumerable streaming services. It is overwhelming. But what do we typically do. We usually chose one or two shows that resonate with us. We continue to watch and enjoy that one show, often binge watching , before proceeding to the next show. Take time to curate your life and create joyful, quality experiences.
