Yoga By Lisa - Lisa Flynn Relax your mind and sculpt your body! Join me at Dance Stop Studios Tuesday at 1pm and Friday at 10AM.

Lisa is a certified yoga teacher, teaching private and group yoga classes at Dance Stop Studios in Marietta, GA. Lisa took her first yoga class in 1994 and has been hooked ever since, developing her own yoga class format with challenging vinyasa flows and fun music that produce results. Besides the physical benefits of yoga, Lisa is passionate about the mental and emotional strength yoga brings and seeks to share that by empowering each student. The practice tones muscles, strengthens the core, increases flexibility, wards off injury, enhances strength, and gives tools to manage the daily stresses of life.
