PatientsPaid: A Simpler, More Convenient Way to
Pay Your Bills
At Choice Podiatry Center, we’re always looking for ways to make your experience easier
and stress-free. That’s why we’re introducing a new way to pay your bills through our trusted
partner, PatientsPaid. They specialize in secure online payment solutions and will help us
provide you with a smooth and safe checkout experience—anytime, anywhere.
What You’ll Start Seeing

In October, you’ll begin receiving a friendly reminder email and a text message whenever
you have a bill to settle. Each message will include a secure link that takes you straight to
your personal payment page. The email will come from paylink@patientspaid.com and the
SMS will come from 938-300-2651.

On your payment page, you’ll see your bill details and you can complete your payment right
away.
● Payment Options: You can pay by credit card and debit cards, in addition to Google
Pay and Apple Pay for even more convenience.
● Reminders: If your balance is still outstanding, you will get gentle reminders once
every two weeks until it’s all taken care of.

Your Privacy Matters
We understand how important your personal information is, and we take that responsibility
very seriously. Only the minimum details needed to process your payment are shared with
our payment partner, including:
● Your name, phone number, and email address
● Your visit ID, statement number and billing address

What’s not shared: We will never share details of your doctor’s notes, medical records,
gender or any sensitive health information with the payment partner.
All information sent to the payment system is encrypted and kept secure, and it’s used
only for processing your payments.
If You Don’t Take Action
We encourage you to use the new system for the smoothest experience, but if payments
remain unpaid, after 120 days your bill may be referred to a collection agency. If you’re ever
unsure about a bill or need more time, please reach out—we’re here to help.
