"Raising Vibrations & Frequency" Article

There is a Law of Vibration which means that anything and everything that exists in our universe, consists of pure energy or light which resonates as a vibratory frequency. This frequency is the rate at which a vibration occurs that constitutes a wave in the material or electromagnetic field. Everything throughout all of creation has energy, each generating its own unique vibrational frequency.

There are also Laws of Energy and Attraction which means that energy attracts similar energy. It occurs like a magnet, and there is no avoiding this rule. The lowest of vibrations, put us out of sync with nature and prevent obtaining higher states of consciousness. Which can cause experiences of disharmony and conflict in daily life. These lower vibrations are heavy and relate to dense matter. The highest of vibrations, connect and align us with higher self and Divine Cosmic Consciousness. These higher vibrations of frequency create waves of light that transcend beyond the physical matter. Both the lower and higher energies can manipulate physical matter and the way in which we experience physical reality.

Individual vibrational frequency is the vibrational rate of the conscious mind and is directly affected by many things even our thoughts and beliefs residing in our consciousness. It is reflective of our complete state of being. This includes the balanced or non-balanced condition of our mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and energetic bodies.

To be able to hold and maintain higher energies in our physical vessels, requires that we balance and center our energy fields. This helps the physical body to be able to sustain a higher vibrational frequency. The higher the vibrational frequency, the more the highest parts of consciousness and energies can be united within our physical vessel.

To raise our vibration is to change the rate and speed at which our energy vibrates within us and around us. We contain the power to change and influence our own vibrational frequency. This includes our personal frequency as well as our influence within our environment and the effect that we have on those around us.

Raising vibrational frequency requires daily effort and application. Every decision we make from what we think, feel, eat and our environment have an impact on our energy fields. To change or raise energetic vibration, we must consciously intend to do so and make decisions aligned with the outcome of our goal and intention.

All thoughts and emotions we entertain in our daily life effect our levels of vibration. Negative thoughts or emotions lower the rate of vibration and positive thoughts and emotions raise the vibration. Listed are examples of frequency related to thoughts and emotions.

"Ego vs Soul-The Inner Battle" Article

In life our purpose on a soul level is to live in alignment and harmony to our souls purpose for this lifetime. We are all spiritual beings living in a physical experience. We all have our own unique calling and purpose for being here. In order to discover this within ourselves it is necessary to unite the ego to be in harmony and cooperation to our souls mission.

The soul creates unity with all and is determined to fulfill its highest purpose of incarnation on Earth. The ego desires all things relative to our physical identity and can cause separation from soul and other people. Although both exist within us, conflict can arise between them, an inner battle of soul verse ego. They must be merged to exist together in harmony for us to hear the call and follow the path of our highest and truest destiny.

When we incarnate on Earth we all come with a soul purpose but the ego most often wants and seeks something completely different of the soul, this causes a conflict within us. We become unable to clearly see or know what we truly seek or need to be in alignment with our true self and purpose. If we ignore the call of the soul we end up living a life that is disharmonious and not aligned to our true path. This leads to confusion and the constant search for more which empowers the ego and blocks the soul. It can become an endless cycle if the pattern is not recognized and both integrated to work in harmony to each other.
Ego thoughts are fueled and consumed usually by negative emotions such as fear, doubt and anxiety. It will often convince us of the worst ending scenarios, instead of seeing the bigger picture of a situation and the endless possibilities that truly exist. This can limit us to what and who we truly are, limitless and eternal souls. Ego focuses on the external circumstances and not on the inner. Following only the inner guidance that can stem from ego can lead to a life where there is never enough of anything, a path in life without true happiness and feeling unfulfilled.

Soul is ever eternal and unconditional love. It recognizes we are here to learn, grow and experience joy and happiness. Its inner guidance is what assists us to make choices aligned with our individual soul and higher purpose. Soul knows it needs nothing outside of self because all exists within. It is the part of us that’s connected with the all of existence and god source. Following the inner guidance of the soul can lead us on a path where we can truly experience balance, peace, love and harmony.

Many differences exist between the Ego and the Soul: Ego is selfish, seeking to serve and make itself happy. Soul is caring and giving, seeking to serve and make others happy. Ego concerns self with the recognition from others. Soul concerns self with truth and authenticity from within. Ego is the deceptive self. Soul is the true self. Ego creates energies of separation. Soul creates energies of oneness. Ego is all about resentment and pride. Soul is all about forgiveness and love.

In order to bring balance to the two that reside within all of us, we must first recognize where our thoughts and decisions are coming from ego or soul. If we want to grow and live our true path, we must consciously make decisions coming from our soul guidance not the ego. The easiest way to recognize the difference is that anything that would be considered morally wrong is usually ego and anything that is caring and selfless is soul.

We can empower ourselves and others in our life with the conscious choices that we make daily. This is accomplished by practicing recognition of the differences between ego and soul and adjusting thoughts and actions accordingly. The more that we recognize and follow the inner call from the soul the more the soul can shine through, within and all around us.
