For nearly 20 years, I have been working in the wellness industry. My journey started as a licensed Massage Therapist and certified Reiki Master, working along side health professionals and in spa environments. Over time, I began to understand the importance of colon health and focused my studies to become a Certified Hydro-Colon Therapist. My practice thrived, offering hydro-colon therapy and the
rapeutic massage to my clients. Through the course of the next decade, I took my education further by learning Cupping, Bamboo Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage as well as receiving certifications in Myopracitc Massage and NMT Masssage. After many years in a successful private practice, I recognized that the key component to maintaining health is the mind, and recently shifted my focus to hypnotherapy. I became certified as a Consulting Hypnotist through The National Guild of Hypnotists, the oldest national organization of hypnotists in the US. My passion for whole body and mind wellness drives me to provide exceptional care and service through my hands-on and energy techniques accompanied with my nutritional and naturopathic knowledge for better whole body well-being.
