The Ego - Ego defenses often cause emotional reactions such as fear, anger, sadness, aggression, and so on. Mind Projections - Living in the past and/or projecting into the future vs living in the present moment, or what I call the "Now". Imaginary Rules – Many of us have been conditioned since birth to live by societal rules, often so subtle that we don’t even realize they govern our every thought, which serve no purpose but to keep us down. It is important to remember and recognize that we are the creators of our journeys; we are not the journey itself. We are spiritual beings living in a physical dimension. We have experiences, but our experiences do not define us. We may not always be able to control the experiences that we have, but we can always control how we respond to them. Message from Jagrati:
