Yesterday’s Transition Fair for (Newton and Rockdale County) at Palmer Stone Elementary School was a tremendous success. Experts, support service providers, and local organizations including our own came together to offer valuable information, resources, and opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families. We appreciated the opportunity to network, present our services, and engage with the many remarkable individuals and families in attendance.
