All of our physicians are Board Certified by The American Board of Pediatrics and are members of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Our pediatric trained office staff would be happy to schedule your child for a yearly check-up, school physical, or a same day sick visit.

Front Desk Receptionist Position

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to join our pediatric office team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you’ll help create a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet patients, vendors, and visitors
-Answer and direct phone calls; assist with patient questions
-Schedule appointments, register patients, and update records using office software
-Distribute forms, review paperwork, and process payments
-Maintain confidentiality of patient information
-Monitor and order office supplies

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong communication and multitasking skills
-Friendly, compassionate attitude
-Prior medical office experience preferred
-Familiarity with medical software is a plus
