➡️A little toothpaste goes a long way! Using more toothpaste than recommended doesn't make your teeth cleaner and can lead to waste. Also, excessive fluoride can be harmful to developing teeth in children.

Adults and children 6 and older should use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, children under 6 need even less!
