Yoga has evolved from a simple physical practice into the holistic foundation of my life, anchoring my emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. My journey began at a Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in Northern India, where I immersed myself in the traditional foundations of Hatha Yoga. Over the years, my practice has shifted to mirror my lifeโs seasons: I turned to Vinyasa when I craved creative flow, and discovered the healing power of Yoga Nidra when my nervous system required deep stillness rather than movement.
Today, I am most passionate about sharing Yoga Nidraโthe art of โYogic Sleep.โ In a world that moves at an exhausting pace, I believe in creating spaces where we can rest in awareness, find clarity within confusion, and come home to ourselves. Ultimately, my joy lies in connection; whether through movement, meditation, or nature, I am dedicated to the fundamental beauty of truly being present with one another.
